“Výlet byl naprosto příšerný, za ty peníze to opravdu nestálo. Vyzvednutí bylo okolo 5:30 a v popisu aktivity bylo napsáno, že doba trvání je deset hodin. Jak je tedy možné, že zpátky jsme byli už cca v 14:15? Navíc jsme neviděli ani všechny slibované body (např. vodopád Salto del Soldado). Průvodce byl asi jen na ozdobu, protože nám za celý výlet nic moc neřekl. Jen to, co se týkalo organizace, typu "Toto je hotel Portillo, Laguna del Inca je za ním. Běžte se tam sami podívat. Our group was multilingual but everyone was very friendly and thanks to our guide we all were laughing and communicating with each other. Experience was just magical! We've seen so many flamingos and vicunas and one (but beutiful) viscacha! We were so lucky with all the animals. Red Stones and Chaxa lagoon were amazing. Views were breathtaking on every stop. “We really enjoyed our experience of floating without any effort in a lagoon in the Atacama desert: it was very unique! The park had installations to take a shower to rince ourselves afterwards, restrooms and changing rooms, which was very convenient. With the exception of the lagoon we were floating in, we could not really go near the other lagoons; they were a bit far and we could barely see them in the photos we have taken. Our guide Rafael was great: he was really kind with us, ensured we were drinking water and putting on sunscreen and told us relevant information about the lagoons and the desert.”

“Marcan como parte del itinerario ir a la frontera de Chile y ya cuando estás en la laguna avisan que no se puede ir. No habría problema si no lo pusieran dentro de sus "atracciones " o quitaran las fotos que tienen de la excursión, porque es falso. Le di más de una estrella porque el guía fue muy amable y de regreso nos dejó en otro lugar que solicitamos y en el picnic hay llamas!! Eso si lo deben poner en las fotos e itinerario”
